"Spacious and comfortable throughout. Standard of cleanliness needed improvement. Only cursory instructions given for tv. Electricity was tripped about 10 times when oven was switched on. Useful laundry room, good shower with plenty of hot water. Could be wonderful with some improvements. We did enjoy our stay."

"Very creative way that this apartment was designed. We were happy with everything. One small exception. No laundry soap. That should always be provided so that the renters do not use the wrong product in the owner's machine. We are on a two-month European Vacation and we must do laundry. "Merci Joël pour ce séjour! Super extérieur, spacieux et agréable, ombragé avec jeux pour enfants, vraiment top. L'intérieur est bien équipé, seuls les piliers limitent la convivialité du salon. En période de canicule, nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir au moins un ventilateur, faute de climatisation. Joël est très agréable et sympathique, il nous a même mis des vélos à disposition."

"We liked the property and the great location near the main center of town attractions. All walkable. Showers were nice. Kitchen was fully stocked but the stovetop was interesting to learn how to use (You Tube). I can see where the deck outside would be very useful most of the year. The only parking is pay parking so that should be clear but it is very close and sometimes in front of the building. Around 11 Euros per night and plenty of spaces. We used Bergerac as a central base to sortie out...

"Pas moyen de dormir dans la chambre car plafond trop bas donc ont à été obligé de dormir sur un vieux cliclac, pas d'eau chaude, lavabo qui fuit, micro onde qui ne chauffe pas, taque électrique hors service, pas de place pour ce garer à proximité du logement !! Très très mauvaus logement et séjour très désagréable !! A fuir !!"
