"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Pontevès. The village is very small but provided you have a car (which is a must!), you can get to everything very quickly. The area has many activities to offer and even +7 days was not enough time for us! Josette and Patrick were lovely. "This is truly a pretty little house and I loved it! The house in essentially in the center of the village - nearby is the market area, shops, places to eat and buy food. The house is narrow- very old - with windy staircases which just add to its character. The hosts were easy to deal with and while we didn't use it, there was a washing machine. We opted to stay overnight in Aups vs Moustiers Sainte Marie which is much more touristy. Everyone was friendly."
