"The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest. "

"We were part of a very large party taking various room grades from basic to suites. Views of the sea, and Etna in the distance are possible from where you’re located in the hotel. Accommodation at various levels was indifferent. Pool area was very busy as the hotel was full. Tried dinning twice, first experience we walked out after waiting far too long to be attended to. Second time, 2x tables for around 19 people. Service was dreadfully slow, took our table over an hour before drink orders were...

"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"We had a lovely week in Sicily at the villa. It location is amidst a private holiday community that is right on the coast. It was a very short walk down the hill to the sea. There is also a nice restaurant/bar at the area entrance (Rey Sol). However there were a few things that didn't quite hit the spot. Part of the villa was closed off to us, so it only slept 8 and not 10 as advertised. There was no internet connection which was not clear in the description. The villa was colourful, although...

"It was beautiful, however weather was a bit cold and we expected to be warmer. You need a car for sure in this area as it is not close to anything. Carmelita was always accessible and helpful. It also needs some mirrors for ladies. Otherwise beautiful."
