"Amazing view and location. Surrounded by mountains and nature. Every staff member was more than helpful and kind. Every room has a balcony with an amazing view! 10/10 recommend for the service and price. Nice complimentary breakfast bar and the restaurant is open from 5pm-10pm with a wonderful menu. "

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."

I said no way, I reserved on Orbitz, why are you charging me double? He then made a call and said we have your card we will figure it out. The next morning we got up super early to eat breakfast, and right after grabbed our belongings and were on our way to switzerland.
