Many of your guests may be used to such practices. But clearer explanations for first time users would improve the experience."

"Everything was clean and newer. It was great having a genuine flat where I could put breakfast in the fridge and use the clothes washer. The immediate neighborhood is quiet but quite close to The Rocks, a lively neighborhood of shops, bars, and restaurants. If you like a challenge, you'll get that too because the action of the push button light switches is almost indecipherable. That would not at all make me turn down another opportunity to stay here, just amusing. "

"Such a lovely place ( very trendy interior) and would stay again and recommend if the main bed had a better mattress, both of us woke with sore backs daily Hairdryer needs an upgrade as the nozzle kept falling offBe good to have clear information that the tv in the bedroom is only a streaming one or not, but the remote didn’t work but comms back to us was quick as to where to find the spare batteries, but would have been nice to have the normal TV channels in the bedroom.Having the coffee pods...

"Spacious, clean and stylish property. Excellent and helpful communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and crockery. Washing machine and dryer were also very handy. Air con worked very well. Really enjoyable stay."
