"Check-in was at 3pm. No details regarding check-in were sent prior to the check-in. I called many times seeking information but was told that the information would be provided to me at 3pm however no details were sent. @4pm l was still chasing for the details. At around 4:30pm thats when they decided to tell me that the place wasn't ready and the cleaners hadn't been around to clean. The most frustrating thing is that they could have apologised and gave me a heads up than for me to travel then...

" Good value @ £30 a night clean, bed comfortable, a bit cold at night but the duvet was up to the job. Took a while to work out the shower on button it has a subtle action to stay on. We had an issue wuth one of the bedroom doors but was resolved for us to be ble to use that same ecening.
