I like the area of the properly. I dint like advertising wifi and finding you have to buy it.i didnt like advertising air conditioning and there being none and having to open patio doir all day and night. Noisy right next to a building site.

Couldn't get into building, key drop box didn't work, tried calling from phone pad and kept hanging up on us. Nearly thought we'd have to find somewhere else to sleep. Room wasn't clean, hair in shower

This is not the fanciest of places but for the super cheap price it was good. It’s good if you are in town for a night for a concert. Close to Queen Street and Spark Arena. Would stay here again.

staff could not be more helpful , no free parking had to use the parking building opposite the apartment for an additional cost of over $200 for 7 nights, apartment is on the top of a hill so to walk anywhere was fine to go down but not so good coming back, beware of the washing machine/dryer if you use the dryer make sure you wait at least the 3 minutes required or you snap the handle costing $50 to repair. There is no room service during the 7 night stay but the staff were more than willing to give fresh towels etc on request.

I chose this property for being close to town and public transport (all walking distance). Studio apartment was for extra space as I was there for a few days and I live like I’m home (not out of a suitcase), I enjoyed having a balcony for fresh morning air, having a drink out there as I planned my day. Only minor things, room did not have and hangers, does need a coat of paint.

Dissapointed.
The first room we had was terrible. Carpet was threadbare and filthy, curtain hanging of the curtain rail, hadn't been vacuumed, a couple of holes in the wall, cracked and broken kitchen tiles, ice box was not cleaned, one of the kitchen draws was broken and falling of the draw rails, couch was not comfortable, broken cupboards, old sellotape left on walls and ceiling, no where to put bags except kitchen table, bedside table had two bits of cardboard underneath it to keep it even, two mattresses one on top of the other, on top of a base, mattress was hard and the springs were really uncomfortable to sleep on, an old computer desk that looked like it should be at the dump was placed where the bags should have been, shower needed a scrub, it was yellow and grimy, the door trim was held on by sellotape and was falling off, paint was lifting and peeling around the sink and to top it off the toilet wouldn't flush. This was really dissapointing as we had booked it earlier in the year for Fleetwood Mac and planned on staying for four nights. However, the manager agreed to change rooms for us and the 2nd room was better. Still didn't see anyone for house keeping etc.

Liked the location The property was nowhere as nice as what the photos reflected, it was very disappointing No milk No soap on shower dispensor Cleaniless was surface and not detailed The wifi wss not as easy as it could be No tv remote Only sky remote Could have donewith a bedside lamp on both sides as both could not read at night Net curtains, oldand dirty Chairs to the table had greasey stuff on the back of them
