This space offers modern living facilities with open living / kitchen. Facing north, warm and centrally located inner city living - only 10 minutes' drive into Auckland CBD. Totally private but you only have to call out if you need your hosts assistance. An amazing 60sqm upper floor living plus 2 generous decks. Two large double bedrooms, large main bathroom with bath, ensuite in front room. Open plan living kitchen & lounge- way too much room for 2 people but room for up to 4 people if you are not house bound and out and about alot. Seating in the lounge comfortable for 2 on the sofa- then 2 nice bar stools around the central kitchen top. There is no separate dining room in this upstairs area, however over the summer months you can entertain on the rear deck which catches all the late afternoon/evening sun and has stunning elevated views out to the west coast, capturing the Waitakere mountains. Table and chairs on the rear deck to comfortably seat 4 people, the deck of the front on the property is great for early morning breakfast as it catches the early sun, front deck comfortably seats 2 people. We have high speed fiber installed for your internet connection (Download 300mbs - upload 100mbs) Please note the car park space we provide is strictly suited for a small to medium size vehicle only i.e. VW Golf, Toyota / Suzuki Swift)- there is on street car parking options for larger cars/SUV's which we can discuss on your arrival. If you are driving a large vehicle, you will be required to park on the street. Any query please ask. For short term stays we can accommodate up to 4 guests- We however recommend 2-3 guests for maximum comfort for short/ long term stays.
Guest Access
The front door to the property is shared access for the level 1 & 2 apartments. After entering the front door, you will head up the stairs. There are 10 steps until you reach the door which locks unlocks for your privacy & security.

We live on level one and we are available and willing to assist you in any way to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable.
The Neighborhood
Grey Lynn has a local supermarket only about 5-minute drive away. There is an Indian and Thai restaurant, also for takeaway or delivered food we have local Pizza, Indian, Thai, , Fish N Chips, all within a few minutes walking distance. Grey Lynn offers vibrant inner city living and a very safe place to live, Ponsonby Road with all its bars, cafes, specialty shops and restaurants only 5 min away by car or a short half hour walk.
Getting Around
Bus stop on both sides of the street outside the house with instant access to all inner city bus routes. 40 minute walk into Auckland City from this property. Central access if you want to use taxi services.

House Rules
This property is Strictly No smoking, that means no smoking in the apartment and no smoking on the front or rear decks. If you want to smoke, you need to exit the property and go for a walk down the road to smoke. Not suitable for pets, No parties or events. Quiet time after 10.00pm.
We just ask guests to respect the property like they would there own and take into consideration people living on both levels. We live on level one. This property is not suitable for infants under 2 years of age. Please leave clean & tidy as things were when you arrived-
