This hotel mainly exists for people using the nearby hospital. It is a basic hotel. Clean. We didn’t interact with staff. No complaints.

All of the staff were very helpful and my room was well appointed and serviced every day. Particularly liked the use of a secure basement carpark too for a very small cost. Location was great too being close to Milford, Takapuna and the motorway. I would definitely stay there again.

Seems like a new property. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. Parking is an extra fee, but the parking is secure and out of the weather, under the building.

Good Apartment hotel, with everything needed for a longer stay. Only downside - no restaurant in hotel, grocery store a bit away- a bit problematic without a car.
