Would not recommend to anyone
Terrible experience from start to finish. Had to make contact 5 times before the stay to get details of check in and key collection.
Day of key collection followed instructions to go to office. Got there and told key at another location. Getting around Auckland CBD is not a quick easy thing so this was a huge inconvenience. Second location required a key to enter to access the lock boxes. Only able to access as another person was inside so let us in.
Finally reach apartment. Was tidy but felt unclean. Floor was sticky.
No spare blankets and one small fan heater. Amenities were used and no hand soap for one bathroom so luckily other bathroom had some l.
We could not access basement and cars so every time we needed cars or to access them we had to walk out on the main road and completely around the block to enter through car park. So on check out had to do this with our luggage in tow.
Probably the worst experience ever. Fortunately we didn't spend much time at the apartment and was just place to sleep.
Also I have had to courier the key back to the hotel because the instructions on email completely contradicted themselves and there was no answer at help desk to get the right drop off point.
