Neighbourhood
The house is in Epsom, an affluent suburb of Auckland close to the city centre. It is centrally located between Mount Eden and One Tree Hill. The neighbourhood has an array of fantastic shopping, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the Lido Cinema.
Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

- Please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm.
- No parties and no smoking. If you disrespect this rule, there will be penalty fees.
- Sliding doors do not lock on their own so be sure to lock each time you leave.
- No shoes in the house; shoe rack provided in entry way.
- To reduce our carbon footprint, we ask that lights, heaters, fans, TVs and other electrical devices kindly be turned off when not being utilised and when checking out of the house.
