The Space:
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two other rooms, and the apartment’s layout offers plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. The apartment boasts stylish décor, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a welcoming common area to unwind or connect with other guests.
Your room has a comfy queen-size bed, plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings and your own mini fridge! There is a fan and wall-heater in your room as well.
Located in the heart of K'Road, you’ll have easy access to some of the city's best cafes, bars, and cultural spots. Public transport is nearby, making it easy to explore Auckland.

Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.
Street noise: There is currently construction next to the building. Some noise will be heard during work hours.
Common spaces: Please be aware that the common spaces are shared with 4 other rooms. Be considerate of the other guests and remember the quiet hours from 9pm - 9am.
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay.
In your room - 2x tea/coffee, 4x coffee pods for Nespresso machine, 250ml milk
In the common spaces (shared with other guests)- 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
