- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

Great for an extended stay
Fantastic property for 2 for a longer stay (we were there 3 weeks). Large living/dining area, well-equipped and spacious kitchen, two decent sized bedrooms, powerful shower, separate additional toilet, and a comfortable bed. Well-equipped without being cluttered. Nice additional touches such as the coffee machine, large screen smart tv, large mirrors, large dining table, additional desk, heat pump, etc. Communication with the property manager was unobstrusive but they also responded quickly when needed. Off road parking for one, and plenty of on-road parking for additional cars. Good location near the main Pakuranga Road, yet still quiet.
