"The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. "Worked out fine after extremely disappointing arrival experience. Greeter had nothing to say to us other than the time we needed to be out at the end. She told us there was no WiFi (wrongly as it turned out) and generally gave the impression she'd prefer to be somewhere else."

A well earned break!

"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."
