"Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again "

"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it...

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Les Grands Vignobles. Laurie was welcoming and friendly. The house was clean and tidy with all facilities you could want and we enjoyed the outside space with the view onto the vineyard. "

"Hotel is convenient for Bordeaux Centre and there is a supermarket and shopping mall close by. Entry is confusing as the main entrance is from the upper level. The only way we could get to the upper entrance was through the adjacent park which isn't obvious. The ground floor entrance is normally locked and access is either via the speakerphone, door key card or previously advised PIN number. Not very welcoming. The rooms are OK and adequately provided with eseentials. No air conditioning so...

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Incredible staff. Gorgeous hotel. Amazing design. Sumptuous rooms. Wonderful spa. So many reasons to come back but the best thing was the staff. I’ve rarely been to a hotel where everyone is so kind, professsional and friendly. Go, you won’t regret it!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly. "
