"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "Spent 1 night at the MOXY Hotel and was very impressed the inviting entrance to the hotel. The hotel staff spoke excellent English, were professional and friendly! The hotel and our room were very clean. There is easy onsite parking as well. The hotel is a 3 minute drive to Europa Water Park. There are two grocery stores a couple blocks from the hotel as well! Highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendliness and cleanliness! "
