"Lovely hotel, very convenient to the airport. Staff were wonderful, from the friendly lady who checked us in to the waitress that served our dinner. The small touches made it feel very luxurious. Amazing the difference between this hotel and the one we stayed in when in Munich city, chalk and cheese despite paying the same amount. Would highly recommend Novotel Munich airport"

"They let us in our room a little early, but it wasnt exactly clean. The gentle that checked us in was very kind and helpfull. We had asked for an extra cot for our son, and it was there. We went out for dinner and when we came back our stuff had been moved and the cot was taken. A short conversation with the front desk, and they brought our cot back. The breakfast is pretty good, the omlette guys both morning burned my omlette but the rest was nice. I don't know what the deal with german cooks burning eggs are but here's a tip, when it turns brown, its burned. Try the asain place directly across the street, it is sooooo gooood!"
