"The living room and bedroom were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well provided in every way. I appreciated all the soap, washing up liquid, loo roll, etc. that was there, as well as the welcome milk in the fridge. You can arrive and straight away have a cuppa (tea bags and coffee were there too) and use the loo, without even starting to unpack. There was plenty of hot water, but the shower is touchy. "The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"You could not find a better location to stay in Bath: lovely neighborhood, a very short walk to the bus/train station and into the city centre. Close to groceries, coffee and tea shops, shopping, and restaurants. We walked the river and canals easily from Kate's well-appointed home. The kitchen offered all the means for preparing and eating meals. The washer and dryer were a real plus. The home is older and would benefit from a refresh but suited us just fine. "We just spent four nights at this beautiful house. Everything you could’ve ever wanted traveling with a family from the United States for my father‘s funeral. Having grown up in this area being able to stay in my home village very close to everything with such fond memories was very special.
