"We visited Sunday 8th into Monday 9th December, to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We also sent an email, asking if there was opportunity for a room with a bath and possible upgrade but didn't hear back until checkin.Althoughh staff on reception were helpful and 'sympathetic' there apparently, was not the option for upgrade but instead, acknowledged my husbands's birthday with a nice bottle of red and a late checkout. "Due to needing to stay for business work purposes Major Motors. The room was not that clean, very disappointing especially on hearing so much about it. Not sure if it was cleaned fast by staff but rubbing was left behind the fridge cabinet & also the sofa curtains. The shower area was a bit yuck from the floor having hairs on it so we had to wear out thongs on our feet when having a shower. The aircon on 18 wasn’t even keeping the room cool at all so we barely got any sleep tossed turned...
