"My partner and I stayed with our two adult children and one 15 year old. For the price paid for the room, it had enough room for us all to fit comfortably without being in each others way. There are stairs from the carpark, although if this is difficult you could go down the car ramp to the front and use elevators. "The sun was burning on the day of arrival at 11am , 40 degrees. We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are clean. My only "complaint" is that there was no complimentary water (2 bottles for guests). I am not sure if most hotels don't provide that anymore. "Like: Cleanliness, area around , easy public transport, excellent staff always very helpful. Dislike: Bath tub was a little high from the ground, no smart tv, need new curtains as it had some paint stuff on it, kids got their clothes covered in paint. "

"We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back again in the future. Close to Fremantle, Adventure world and just 20 mins from DFO if you don’t want to go shopping in the city. Substance restaurant was a highlight every meal from breakfast to dinner was amazing! fresh and full of flavour. Parking was not bad as I had previously seen on other reviews. It was very easy to park next door and get your car validated for the lesser rate. Overall fabulous find loved our experience."
