"We had no hot water during our entire stay and after they tried to fix it the hot water pipe burst and flooded the entire apartment. After the pipe was fixed late the next day we still didn’t have hot water, extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that the owners and Expedia would allow a property and experience like ours to happen without compensation. We will never stay here again, which is shame because the neighborhood is really nice. "

"The property was conveniently located next to the bus station and the staff was great. The units are designed nicely, but do not have all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay to include a shower mat, water doesn’t stay warm for long, cutting knives, bottle opener, etc. For the amount asking these should be provided. If these aren’t an issue then I would highly recommend."

"It’s a great location, pretty patio, short walk about 10 minutes to paroquia, pay close attention to your booking as they book as rooms- we booked for 3 adults and were given a bedroom with a king bed, there was a sofa but it wasn’t a sofa bed, at first they were going to move me to a 2br unit however they were going to charge me way more so we just asked for sheets for the sofa., Also they said breakfast wasn’t included , I had to insist and show them my Expedia booking. "Sollano 34 was beautiful, both our suite and the common areas were all gorgeously decorated and comfortable. The rooftop deck has a wonderful view of the cathedral. The communication with the owner was fantastic, they sent us videos of how to check in since we would be arriving late. I would stay again anytime.
