"A nice place, quite an uphill walk but 5 minutes in a taxi. Some apartments in need of an upgrade but nothing too serious. Snack bar and rooftop bar were both very good but disappointed in food in on site restaurant. Good value for money and would return"

"Have stayed at Santa Barbara many times. The staff are excellent, the location is excellent, pool excellent, sunbed booking arrangement stops unnecessary “bed wars”, the accommodation can vary only depending on the room location, not always the view you would love. This occasion we had a fab room, always loads of space very clean. "

"This resort is in a quiet location apart from the airplanes that pass over it. Staff are friendly and welcoming wanting to engage in conversation with you. "We had a lovely stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club. I had a one bedroom apartment and my friends stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well-equipped. There was a proper kitchen, a seating area, a terrace (I didn’t use this as it looked out onto a road), a bedroom with a comfortable bed and good storage, and a large bathroom. "The hotel is superb throughout, immaculately clean. Certain areas are a bit dated but the hotel is stunning through out especially the main dining areas. Location excellent, staff are brilliance and you are well looked after. "

"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
