If the they don’t get back with you, which happened to us , then you will be waiting til late to gain access. Also the property is in the back by what seemed to be a sewer canal and the smell was very VERY bad"

"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."

"We loved the location in the heart of Puebla. We walked everywhere. We loved the property--a wonderful blend of the old (historic) with the new (modern appliances and amenities). A lot of love was poured into the design of this apartment. The property manager and the owner were prompt in their responses to our inquiries. A first rate stay.
