"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 retired childhood friends. Jennifer’s place was clean and orderly. We had amazing weather, we sat on the beach, walked on the boardwalk, played games, laughed a ton and completely relaxed! Jennifer even left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy! The beach was walkable and there were beach chairs for us to use. I would definitely stay here again!"

The description is mostly correct. It states there are 3 futons but I would call that misleading. There is one room with 2 futons. One might be a queen size...

"We stayed here to attend a concert at the Stone Pony, and just needed an easy and comfortable place to sleep. This was great! The checkin and entry process is easy, and the room was bright, quiet, and clean. Amazing location with easy walking access to Asbury Park."
