Spread out and relax across the full 1,000 sq ft apartment with two queen bedrooms. Our place, though budget-friendly, doesn't compromise on essential amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and our place has free off-street parking and laundry facilities (parking & laundry are shared with the other unit in the duplex home).

The living area is a spacious open floor plan with a skylight to highlight the foosball table and bring together friends and family of all ages in friendly competition. We provide starter toiletries (usually sufficient for the entire stay), towels, linens, and even share our personal local favorites for a unique Atlanta experience. We have an iron and ironing board, and the WiFi is very fast.

Nearby, venture into the vibrant Lee and White District, a hub of fine dining, a distillery, and craft breweries, just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby grocery stores, DollarTree and a CVS make daily needs easily accessible.

Transport is hassle-free with MARTA public transit train station just 4 blocks away, running to the airport, Mercedes Benz stadium, GWCC and downtown.

Our area is very urban, and it feels like it! It is safe and quiet, and there are both remodeled homes and ones in need of a little love nearby. We love the neighborhood and have lived here for the past 5 years. Typical to any urban area, we don’t recommend leaving valuables in your car, and maintaining general street smarts.

Perfect Stay
I enjoyed my stay. The check in process was simple, parking was a breeze and we had everything we needed. The foosball table was an added touch as it created a challenge amongst my group, being that it was most our first time playing. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The location fit perfectly for everywhere we went. I would stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. It was in a good location. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the internet. The only negative thing I would say, is that they could have chairs that were more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Very comfortable Stay
My third stay at a Sunshine property for work, the apartments are New fully upgraded, Modern, safe and very clean, equipped with new appliances and the little things that make for an easy stay! I plan to stay again as my work takes me to Atlanta! Shannon is a great host, very responsive!

This duplex was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was cute and clean, very close to everything in Atlanta, and the managers were easily reachable. It was a very pleasant fort experience with VRBO!

Me and my guest had such a great time at this property. It was so beautiful and well kept. Living room has nice skylight, foosball table, smart tv. Even a laundry room available. The location is also convenient with stores within walking distances for groceries and cvs. Downtown just minutes from the house. Everything was so convenient and I will definitely return to book here. Wow it was great

Was a great little place tucked away. We had no security issues of any kind even with an increasing amount of homeless (per our Uber driver) just down the road. We did see a few but not an abundance. Place was well stocked for what we needed. Mattresses could be upgraded as they are a bit hard for our liking and noisy when turning over but that is just mild issue for us and our 2 nights there. Overall we enjoyed the place and would stay again.
