"Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!"

"Our entire stay from beginning to end was wonderful. Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a late flight home and they were very accommodating as the unit was not rented the next day. The rental was easy to find and when we arrived, we were super impressed. "The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...

"Very thorough check in process. Wonderful full breakfast delivered to our bungalow every day. Since there’s a full kitchen plus a grocery store directly across street it is not a problem that there are no restaurants within walking distance. (There is call-in delivery available. ).
