"Excellent stay - would recommend to anyone. Hotel was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - buffet of cold options and hot breakfast choice cooked to order. Food was delicious. Parking is very limited, had to double park cars but attendant responded promptly to move them and it wasn’t an issue. We easily walked into Eyre Square, Latin Quarter etc and back. We stayed a second night in Galway later in our trip pre booked at a different hotel - wish we had come back to the Western."

"I was really impressed with the hotel! The facilities are modern and stylish. The gym was very impressive and the spa area outdoors. I had a pod room, which was small but that doesn’t bother me. It was clean and well presented. I would definitely return if staying in Galway again."

"Wonderful place 10 min walk from Latin Quarter. This hotel is great, what I like was the lifts were centrally located and flowed all day. Take advantage of the spa facilities and thermal suite. I did and it’s impressive. "
