"Good value hotel in a great location near the 22 bus stops to and from the airport. On the edge of the old town so within walking distance of all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, I paid 16 euros to extend check out from 12 to 3pm and there’s a room that you can store your luggage in. Although it’s a little dated this is a lovely clean and safe hotel. As a solo female traveller I would definitely recommend it "

"A great hotel in the middle of the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was across the alley way in the Two Beers bar. Breakfast was a wide ranging buffet but hot food wasn’t kept hot"

"The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Latvian National Library and overlooks the Daguava River. Beautiful and relaxing river walk available to hotel guests. The staff were simply outstanding from the front desk attendants to the housekeeping staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and courteous."
