"It's hard to rate the room at all. We never made it that far. The receptionist wanted to put us on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. My companion was not able to use the stairs. The lobby looked like it was being remodeled. The name on the outside of the hotel didn't match the name you have, so it was very difficult to find. Not a good experience."

"Everything good except for the check-in and check-out time. We waited more than 2 hours to get our room, checking out very inefficient too, Decameron had only one person in the reception to help more than more or less 30 people waiting, of course with that load receptionist was kind of rude (not her fault) Positive: great food at the buffet, great services from the staff in the dining areas, entertaining was a big plus, but "
