"We and a group of friends enjoyed a one night stay at the Feathers in February 2025. We occupied room 216 which overlooks the high st. The room was on the small side but was comfortably furnished and the bathroom was a good size and had been recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep with the window open. The common areas of the hotel are attractive and there is a cozy lounge and bar. Breakfast was good. "We stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is very relaxing and the staff are all really helpful. The room was very quiet, stylish and clean. There were a couple of things to make it better, cobwebs on the ceiling (high up and only noticed when in bed) and the grout in the shower was stained. The food and drink were all really good and we would recommend the breakfast! We would most definitely go back again as we didn’t use the spa on this occasion "

"The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I stay at this hotel regularly as it’s a great location for the Merry Hill shopping centre and nightlife. My only negative comment is the hotel is a little dated. They’ve recently added plasma TV’s to the room but removed a big mirror to put the TV. The TV in the room this time kept turning itself off which was really annoying. Also the QR code for the food menu wouldn’t work and there are no menus in the room anymore. "

"The staff could not have been better. My daughter left a gold necklace in her robe pocket at the spa and they found it and returned it. We had an early start and they provided a lovely packed breakfast. Reception staff were so kind and the check in process fluent. Parking was simple and the room beautiful. We hope to return."
