"Although, I believe our room needed improvement as far as air conditioning, more channels, coffee should automatically be given, coffee cups should be there already when the room has been cleared from any mess, it made up for awesome room service. The staff went above and beyond their means to give you an awesome experience with Appleton. My recommendation is to upgrade their rooms, which means the cost may go up per room. That is all. Thanks Appleton for the wonderful service."

"Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good options. Bed was too hard. They had a gym so that was a plus. The spa was under commission, which was a bummer. They did room service massage that was uncomfortable because they didn’t have a massage bed. Tran’s portion, food, drinks & excursions was a little pricey."

"Hotel service and infinity pool was amazing.. we were directed to club lounge access upon early check in and they have added complimentary bed without me asking, my daughter slept and rested well due to this. The 100m infinity pool was superb overlooking the sea and staff very friendly/helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options and with sea views too. Hotel is a bit dated though and beach area is limited, walking around for a stroll was a good alternative though and just swim through to the vast infinity pool. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay. "
