"This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. I stayed there for the MotoGP race weekend, and they basically tripled their rate and then cut the "all-inclusive" that is advertised all over the hotel down to a bed and breakfast service. "Lovely hotel, friendly staff and restaurant next door. Close to two bus stops and only approximately 10 minute walk from Assen station. Markets outside on Wednesday and Sunday. Rooms are decently sized with A/C, wet room and in room safe"
