"Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "

"The hotel was ADVERTISED AS 4 STAR !!!! WHAT A JOKE not even 1 star !! I walked in the so called 4 STAR ROOM looked around then turned around and WIPED MY FEET AS I WALKED OUT !!! DISGUSTING !!! BUT the staff are NOT TO BLAME they are very NICE and HELPFUL"

"First time stopping here. Friendly welcome with parking on site. Good team of staff and interesting dining options too. Room was nice and very quiet location. Had a couple of beers on the bar and caught up on some work. Then went to the Japanese restaurant area next door and enjoyed the novelty iPad ordering system, where you can order up to 5 small plates at a time and then it resets after 10 mins and you can order again. "We were welcomed by friendly staff in a beautiful medieval house. The restaurant and breakfast room are located in this ‘castle.’ The rooms are located across the street in a new-fangled room complex. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. "We were two families (with 5 kids under 8) staying together and there was plenty of space. This home is conveniently located a few doors down from the grocery store and just a short one to two block walk to an ice cream shop, bakery and bike rentals. Just past the ice cream shop is the entrance to the beautiful park.
