"Booking was cancelled while driving to the venue, 2 hours before the potential check in time of 3pm. Absolutely disgusting situation with 2 young children trying to find alternative accommodation last minute with nothing similar around."

"Absolutely beautiful home and very welcome host, couldn't of done more, went out the way to be polite freindly and provided us with everything we needed to have an amazing stay. Only issue was we had to leave, the children really enjoyed it and wanted to move in, very nice base for exploring local and even if you was to stay in while there we enjoyed socialising and the luxerys like 4 bathrooms, deep bath and showers, comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding and towels provided, everything is well...

"The property was in a generally good state of repair and presentation, with the only area in need of attention being the shower cubicle . The dining area in the kitchen was tight for four adults. However, most things are provided and to a good standard. The garden room was a nice bonus and the off road parking was necessary as the road was quite narrow. "Lovely hotel! Spacious rooms, big comfy beds, coffee and tea and wash facilities excellent! Fantastic pool extremely clean excellent breakfast! We needed milk at night for a child and they got us some from the kitchen brilliant service! "

Beautiful... Highly recommended stay

"The trip was made memorable because of our stay in pine lakes. It was a beautiful cottage. We stayed in 63, it was fully functional kitchen and well equipped place for a perfect get away. Loved every minute there. We had some issues with pipes but as soon as we let the management know, they sent someone and fixed it. They were always checking on us and made sure everything was comfortable. We had a perfect stay."

"Busy hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast this morning was superb with plenty of food choices available. Plenty of entertainment options in the hotel as well as a wellness and spa facilities. We paid extra for secure car parking behind the property as there is no on street parking. "
