"There were not curtains or black out curtains on the windows. The mirror had emotion detection led lights and as I was trying to switch them off I found a syringe, thankfully without the needle. I'm very disappointed with the overall condition of the room."

"What a lovely place. Set in quiet village right next to Dunham Massey and Tatton Park which we visited. The breakfasts are excellent and thoroughly recommended - you will not need lunch !The hosts Janice and David were very friendly and welcoming . Those guests of a certain vintage may recognise the original Silver Fox , David , as he was a Snooker champion. "This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

"Very clean and convenient thank you. However terrible if you want a good night's sleep. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the room next door. I was woken repeatedly and ended up leaving at 8am on Sunday morning to escape. "
