"Such a cute little spot centrally located in Medford. Check in and check out was a breeze. The unit had everything we needed, including cookware. I'd book again next time I'm in the area. "

"The space is cute, clean, well organized, and in a very nice area. With no laundry machines or a stove top, it's not ideal for about 5+ days, but if you're here overnight as a stop or for a couple nights, it's absolutely perfect and within a walkable distance to some cute shops, restaurants, and coffee!"

"Finding the place was easy if you stick closely to the directions. I prefer to stay a bit out of town usually and this is only 15 minutes from Medford. There are two routes to get there, I prefer the back route off the freeway, which adds about 3 minutes, but we saw an abundance of wildlife that way, and avoided the traffic on I-5. "My husband and I have stayed at many of the rentals in Ashland over the years. We really enjoyed the location of Hellman House. One could walk just about anywhere to dine, have drinks, shop, visit famous Lythia Park. The home was clean, and the property manager was very responsive. Great time. Again

"Older hotel but always love it. Great location in downtown Ashland. Close to shopping, restaurants, play theaters, bars. Hotel has a great bar of its own. Great lobby to hang out in bc of its fireplace. Rooms are small but we don’t spend time in there except to sleep. Always a great time in Ashland and at Ashland springs hotel. "
