"Great spot located a couple min walk from the free shuttle and another minute or two to the main downtown area. We’ve actually stayed in both units and have no complaints for either. This unit has a slightly bigger living area up stairs. Easily fit me, my wife, our 1 year old, and two Bernese mountain dogs. We’ve also stayed in the other unit with another couple and had plenty of space. Highly recommend!"

"This is the perfect ski in/out house. We have stayed at The Gray Fox for two years and the stay has been exceptional each time. Perfect for large families. "

"We enjoyed our stayed at this house. The set up was perfect for our family of 4. The house was extremely clean and the neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen was stocked allowing us to cook dinner in the evenings.The property manager reached out several times to check on us, which was very thoughtful.We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in being close to Crested Butte (downtown shops) and the ski mountain. "We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. "

"Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) and another couple stayed in the cabin for a spring break ski trip. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for us and we really appreciated the comfortable seating in the living room. Plenty of comfy couches and a recliner for everyone to relax in the evening (not always the case at other properties). It was a short drive into the town of CB and to the resort for skiing. The ice maker worked, which was a plus, for those of us that need ice in our beverages. And...

"This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family! It was close enough to the slopes that we only had to drive about 15 minutes, and far enough from the main town to feel like we weren't in the middle of a tourist area. The house was the perfect size. We all felt very comfortable"

"Terrific location for walking anywhere in Crested Butte as well as catching the town bus to Mt. Crested Butte. Family walked to restaurants, shops, movie theater and…it was very easy (2 minute walk) to the bus, which ran frequently. Good number of supplies and hot tub was a plus. Only minor suggestion would be to add a few more lamps tp provide light, especially in the evening.The house was extremely comfortable and good size for the 6 of us. Highly recommend."
