The home is in a quiet , nice neighborhood, only 1-1/2 blocks to Transit Center an easy walk with skis and boots to catch the Town Ski Bus Shuttle to the Resort. The town is so quaint and pretty with all the Christmas lights and lots of snow - it was fun to walk to the downtown for dinner."

"The home was beautiful,spacious and clean with a spectacular view of Snowmass mountain. However, when I booked I needed 6 bedrooms in which the house stated. It appeared by the photos there were 3 rooms with queen beds which there are only 2 which led to a guest sleeping in the game room which is what was considered a bedroom. It worked out fine but technically there are only 5 bedrooms and a family game area that can sleep many but on futons. Overall we had a fantastic experience And wonderful...

"This place is very nice with great views anf neighbors. We got our car stuck in the snow, they forgot to plow the driveway, but Jerry from next door came to our rescue. He got the neighbors together and pulled us out. Then he shoveled our driveway while we were unpacking. Great hosts as well, excellent communication. Just a wonderful time!"

"We enjoyed our time at the Cascadilla house in CB South. We frequent the CB / Gunnison area once a year and try different VRBOs. This one was very nice. Spacious, even though we did not use the basement level. Very comfortable with great views. We even heard elk bugling at night. The shower has great water pressure. Only complaint was the coffee pot was slow and coffee was not hot. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. "
