"We had a lovely one night stay here before going to the airport. The room was modern, clean and comfortable - TV was great quality too! The breakfast to go which is provided with the room rate was perfect for an early morning dash and used high quality brands. Our room had to be changed last minute but staff gave us a detailed explanation of where we needed to go and were easy to get hold of, as well as being helpful and friendly on the phone. We would definitely stay again!"

"Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views."

"A beautifully renovated property, keeping all the history but with modern comforts. Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table, many characterful and gorgeously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. "Vine Cottage is a large, spacious, property, ideal for our family group of seven adults. With two lounges, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It's in a beautiful location situated in the vineyard itself. The kitchen/dining room is stunning, and made for family get togethers. However, the description in the listing needs to have more information. First of all, THERE IS NOT A MICROWAVE! It never entered our heads that there wouldn't be one at the property, but there wasn't....

"The property is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been beautifully restored. Accommodation was well laid out and because of the host’s style and attention to detail felt very like ‘home from home’. "We didn't receive our check in details, so had a panicked few minutes when we arrived and couldn't get in. Soon resolved. The lodge is very remote along a narrow, twisty, well used road. Lovely views, hot tub was fab, as were the views You could take bikes as a mile or so is access to the Strawberry line, an off road cycle path. Road quite hazardous though so not suitable for small children on bikes.Nice dog walk as cows not out and it was dry.Swimming pool looked nice but was out of season, so...
