"Hostel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within a large two-storey house with easy access to the free metro link busses and a 15 minute walk to the bustling "Bangkok type" Al Matar Al Qadeem Street" The owner Hassan kindly collected me from the Metro Station and showed me around local area, vicinity and brought me to the hostel. "Terrible customer service from this hotel, still awaiting a reply from the manager after 1 week of leaving this hotel, expected better from them after they closed the pool for a week from 19-26 may which is more than a few days in their words. They ruined our holiday the kids were upset and fed up and just wanted to go home, we paid for a hotel with swimming pool but didn't get what we paid for, and I have had no response from the hotel directly in form of compensation for the distress caused. "
