"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "

The room and bathroom were super clean, welcoming and comfortable with free coffee/tea, water and soft drinks in the minibar. There were ample outlets to connect my electronic devices. The buffet breakfast is copious and of high quality, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best part is the location, which is steps away from the funicular leading to the Lugano train station!"
