It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! "It is a sort of tower. Under-lighted. Nice. Strange. Management (nice young woman) next door in a wine shop. She’s very helpful. You are kind of on your own in many ways. All uphill from the train station, so leaving is easy. You don’t have to fight gravity when returning to the station."

"The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer. "
