"Didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator, and our 80 year old parents were in the third floor. Parking was a bit of a nightmare. The not-so-gentleman in the kitchen was quite rude and always exasperated. I was hoping this place would live up to its ratings, but it was barely sub-par."

"The hotel was so lovely! We are lucky to have found availability. It was a very comfortable room with extra amenities like a stovetop and a kettle. The closet and shower were recently renovated and were great additions. Excellent, walkable location. Perfect Winter Wonderland in Bavaria. "

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

Nice Alpen Choice

"Clean and comfortable family room. Great for short stay....but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast ...but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited."
