"This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and relatively large. The room we had has a view of the Geysers (well, the steam clouds) across the road. Being directly across from the Geysers is nice because you can tour the geysers for a few hours before the tour busses arrive. The food service was excellent. "Very clean and spacious room, even though I booked a single room. Bathroom was lovely, lovely shower, and local Icelandic shower gel which smells incredible! Great coffee/tea machine that you can help yourself to 24/7, great for those times when you need to be awake at 2am for an Aurora run. Lovely views of Laugarvatn lake and beautiful mountains on the other side. Great location in the golden circle close to Friðheimar tomato farm, Þingvellir national park, Geysir and Brúarfoss to name a few....

"I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed two separate nights during my travels and these cottages are so well equipped for a home away from home. Everything you could want is provided, they really have thought of everything. The cottages were beautiful, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! They have plugs for EV cars at each cottage too which is a bonus for people driving e cars. I got to meet one of the owners, she was lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a must stay...
