"Perfect place to visit Shirahige waterfall and blue pond. Property is quite old, but clean and convenient. Food is also good. Staff is fine. There is a free shuttle bus to see blue pond illumination at 7:30 pm. "

"The included dinner and breakfast was very good. The buffet dinner had alot of choices and so did the breakfast.The location of the hotel is ideal for the Sounkyo Waterfall Ice Festival which is only a 10minute walk from the hotel. We also liked the hotel shuttle bus provided from Sapporo, very convenient."
