Unfortunately, the owner canceled and said the room was destroyed by a previous client and he could not book it. To understand what was going on, we called and got a different response. "We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms seemed to have been recently upgraded. The room was very clean and adequate. None of the bed side reading lights worked. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Adjacent to the hotel is a large tea factory which operates 24/7 and was quite noisy. Opposite the hotel is a large gravel / aggregate business which is not a very attractive...

They argued with us that we even had a reservation there and only after insisting several times that we had a reservation did they check and saw we did. They didn’t seem to want us to be there. The interior is gaudy and one of the windows in our room was broken."
