"Check in was great. The computer service was a little slow but i understand because it was busy. I will say the hot water takes about 8 minutes to geat up in the shower."

Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans Convention Center

"We loved the property and the staff was great. However, there were ants in the kitchen and the toilet and bath drain were really slow to drain and we didn’t receive any housekeeping during our visit. Not sure if we were supposed to request it or not. To be fair, we didn’t complain but it should probably be fixed. "
