"The villa was a fantastic opportunity to get away from the hustle of city life. The local town was old world and friendly. The restaurant, La Toppa, was amazing. The owner of the restaurant & villa ands his family was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay in Tuscany. "

"The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The primary reason for not recommending this property is due to our dealings with the host but there are other issues with the property. As has been said by other reviewers this property is very cluttered with very little space for renters to put any of their own things. The appliances are old, much of the china is chipped and we ended up buying our own pans rather than use the old aluminium ones in the property! "This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. The water pressure was great, and there was a good amount of comfortable furnishings, supplies, etc. The only challenge we had was that the internet was spotty at times and in some places, but the reality is we were there for R&R, so I am not sure that was...

"If you are looking for a quiet getaway with an amazing view, and great restaurants around- Book this property! The host is absolutely amazing and extremely sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. The landscape was serene, and the home was perfect for our party of three with bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy."

"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...
