"Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious for a relaxed time. Staff are very nice & helpful. Just keep in mind that it’s in the middle of the forest, you’ll have alotta cockroaches in all sizes and one night there was a huge spider came in the casita was a bit scary."

"I will return here. It has “hygge.” It is a 4 star but is not pretentious. It is cozy, relaxed, and located in a much less congested tourist area. The free breakfast is wonderful. There is free self-serve laundry on site. The sunset views while have dinner are amazing. The prettiest cala I have ever seen was 10 minutes from the hotel. I miss it already. "

"Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in den Fotos einsichtig sehr schön, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, 5min von Arta entfernt vollkommen in der Natur und ungestört."

"Loved the property with a special outside view at all levels and angles. Always areas of shade to offset other spaces bathed in the lovely Mallorca sun. Sunsets from the roof are amazing accompanied by the bbq and Spanish Rioja. Hire car is essential for travel to supermarkets and any places you wish to explore but it’s a beautiful part of the island. Inside was traditional and simple but more than comfortable with everything we needed. Owner was lovely and the whole process seamless....

"This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "
