"The owner of the house, Flo, was very helpful as our stay of 10 days was longer than the normal stay. We based out of the house in Bordeaux and did spend several nights out in other parts of the area. It is well located with easy access to bus for the train station and tram to go further downtown. "

"This is such a wonderful place to stay. Stunning, spacious, quiet, relaxing and utterly beautiful. The swimming pool is excellent and was well used. Facilities were all super. Decor was really amazing. Béatrice and William our hosts were lovely. They live next door but were not intrusive just very helpful with our stay. Would definitely love to return. "

"I highly recommend this 1 BR flat in the center of a vibrant, young part of Bordeaux. The photos and description are accurate - it is a first floor (door to street) flat located just off a pedestrian street. So, while the location is very central to shops and restaurants, it is not burdened by the noise of cars and trucks. The flat was beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed with washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and hairdryer. There is no AC but the fans provided were more than...

"The Villa is beautiful and in a perfect location. The Villa however does require updating and some maintenance work. We did not realise the Villa does not supply any bedding or towels, so this had to be flown in and others by car which was frustrating. It would be nice if the Villa can recommend local shops, eateries and places of interest as nothing is supplied or recommended. WiFi took a few days to be sorted and both patio and pool furniture is in need a of change. Overall, lovely Villa."

"Really nice property, small but we'll thought and super clean. Staff was really good and friendly. Great location, walking distance from downtown, and great restaurants and coffee shops. As a solo female traveler, I felt a little uncomfortable because there was a group of men chatting, laughing and smoking on the hallways until very late at night and during the day. I assume they were guests as well, but then front desk is not always attended. I visited in November. "
