Nice apartment of two rooms with great views of the Charco de San Gines, and Mar.
It has one bedroom with double bed and one with single bed and great views.
The master bedroom has en suite, and there is another bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc. and the living room has air conditioning, and great views.
The situation is magnificent at 100 meters from the most fashionable area of Arrecife, the Paseo del Charco de San Gines, but without the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants. It is also 100 meters from the main shopping street and pedestrian area of Arrecife (C / León y Castillo) and 200 meters from the historic city center, the church and San Ginés Square.
From its two balconies Charco de San Gines with its fishing boats, the sea and the center of Arrecife currency.

Highly Recommend
My wife, sister in Law and I spent 10 days at this property and I would highly recommend, it is on the harbour close to bars and restaurants and only a 5min walk away from the supermarket and busy town centre.
